MENTORING.
Trained adult mentors helping East Charlotte students grow into confident, capable leaders.
01 / What it is
Mentoring at the ECHO Campus starts with the Teen Leadership and Mentorship Initiative: trained adult mentors, leadership and life skills, career exposure, and student-led service for middle and high schoolers.
It's built on a student program our leaders have run for 3+ years that served 156 students in 2026. The goal: a generation of confident, capable, community-minded young leaders who see their potential and have the relationships and resources to pursue it.
